Sei Wee has profound interests in operations management, particularly in supply chain analysis and flow modeling. Relevant experience includes collaboration with the Revenue Management arm of an airline involving passenger load forecasting and inventory management. He has also worked in Organization Development of a large local corporation, where he picked up valuable people and change management skills. He holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems from the Singapore-MIT(Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Alliance, and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from National University of Singapore. Sei Wee is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with the Project Management Institute.

Sei Wee served as the President of the Singapore-MIT Alliance Alumni Club in the 6th Management Committee.

Fanming used to work on distribution network optimization projects with a local third party logistic (3PL) company where he helped the company to achieve cost-cutting targets through reconfiguration of regional logistics network. Prior to co-founding Achilles Consulting Group, he worked in an organization development arm of a large local corporation to scrutinize efficiency of operations and material management processes. He holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems from the Singapore-MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Alliance, and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University. He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law, a program jointly organized by the IP Academy and the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore which covers a wide range of IP related topics such as copyright, designs, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.

Fanming served as the Treasurer of the Singapore-MIT Alliance Alumni Club in the 6th Management Committee.

Guang has extensive experience in advanced materials technology and computational materials science, and has published several papers. She used to work on process integration in a leading semiconductor MNC, where she automated and innovated yield generation programs and facilitated the implementation of wafer tracing system with projected annual cost reduction of about S$1million. Her interest lies in supply chain management, strategy planning and novel technology commercialization. Guang holds a Master of Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science from National University of Singapore.

Fidelia has several years of experience in optics-based system and novel materials technology, and is the author of several publications. She worked with a leading semiconductor MNC, where she optimized the chip package curing process, derived mathematical model that allow the curing extent to be monitored, and developed a failure analysis methodology for more efficient data analysis. She holds a Master of Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science from National University of Singapore. She is well-versed in English, Indonesian, Mandarin, and Hokkien.
