Mr Kek Sei Wee PMP® ( 该E-mail地址已受到防止垃圾邮件机器人的保护，您必须启用浏览器的Java Script才能看到。 ) Sei Wee has years of business consulting experience supporting companies in various business process and operations improvement efforts. He helps clients identify inefficiencies in their business process and IT system, reduce operations cost, and improve business performance through lean principles and operations management techniques, enabled by the appropriate use of technology. He has led cross functional improvement projects by working closely with the IT and business managers to perform data mining, root cause analysis, setup operational procedures, KPI reporting and business policies. Sei Wee has acted as project lead for multiple CRM/ERP/SCM solution implementations that resulted in productivity improvements and cost reduction. A reliable leader and effective communicator in both English and Mandarin, he is relied upon by clients to provide business analytics and lead solution implementation in achieving business value. Sei Wee holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems from the Singapore-MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Alliance, and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from National University of Singapore. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Quality Management System Auditor. Sei Wee served as the President of the Singapore-MIT Alliance Alumni Club in the 6th Management Committee.
Ms Lily Wong PMP® ( 该E-mail地址已受到防止垃圾邮件机器人的保护，您必须启用浏览器的Java Script才能看到。 ) Lily has spent over 10 years in the offshore & marine industry, as ERP Service/Project Manager and IT executive providing operational support and project management services. Her experience includes managing and supporting ERP and business applications project initiatives and implementation through project planning, business analysis and solutioning, user testing and training, data migration/cutover, and post support. Her major functional areas include Financial, Sales and Distribution and Project Costing. She has successfully implemented ERP Applications for companies in South East Asia, North and South America, Europe and Middle East. For these recent years, she has been more focusing on serving environmental engineering industry for the ERP projects roll-out which covers companies in Singapore, and cross country to Europe and Middle East. Lily holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronic) and a Master in Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University. She has also acquired some specialized skills such as Information Technology, IT Security, and Supply Chain Management through various diploma or specialist diploma courses. She is a certified Project Management Professional, ITIL (Foundation for Service Management), Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF 8), Business Process Re-engineering Practitioner and Quality Management System Auditor.
Mr Meng Fanming ( 该E-mail地址已受到防止垃圾邮件机器人的保护，您必须启用浏览器的Java Script才能看到。 ) Fanming used to work on distribution network optimization projects with a local third party logistic (3PL) company where he helped the company to achieve cost-cutting targets through reconfiguration of regional logistics network. Prior to co-founding Achilles Consulting Group, he worked in an organization development arm of a large local corporation to scrutinize efficiency of operations and material management processes. He holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems from the Singapore-MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Alliance, and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University. He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law, a program jointly organized by the IP Academy and the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore which covers a wide range of IP related topics such as copyright, designs, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. Fanming served as the Treasurer of the Singapore-MIT Alliance Alumni Club in the 6th Management Committee. |
